Snow Removal Procedures

Before snow season starts, the Association provides residents with a copy of the snow removal procedures, a list of the snow designated areas at Burke Cove, and a map for the snow designated areas in each cove/cluster. Also, the Association supply each building with a bucket of ice melt for residents’ use. Residents whose reserved parking spaces selected as a Snow Designated Area, are encouraged contact the Association office to confirm the location of their alternative/temporary reserved parking spaces.
